| Mission Statement The mission statement of the First Baptist Church of Columbus, Ks. is the advancement of the Kindom of Jesus Christ. We seek to attain this through the public worship of God, the preaching of the Gospel, consistent Christian living by our members, personal evangelism, missionary endeavors, and Christian education. Three goals have been set forth by the members of First Baptist in establishing and supporting ministries in our community, an Evangelistic Outreach, Nurturing Discipleship and a Caring Fellowship. We believe that our church should be active in our community and follow our Lord's leading into whatever ministry He wants us to undertake. |
